I’m an experienced and deadline-oriented writer who knows that cramming information on the page is not the same as communicating. I work easily in complex organizations or processes, and can turn unwieldy technical information into a clear and compelling narrative.

Long-term interests include science, subcultures, and business, with forays into travel and psychology. I’m at ease with a variety of tones and literary devices, all of which combine to give your piece meaning and life, not just word count. I’m experienced with a range of formats including articles, web content, white papers, technical documentation, and instructional text. I’ve been on the ‘net, in one form or another, since 1986.

After years in and out of countries, I’m now living in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
